It will shut down your firewall, kill your antivirus and hijack windows so that you cannot execute anything. This makes it impossible to run regedit and any auto removal app. If you reboot, Windows will not run. My observation is that it used a vulnerability in Adobe Reader to get into my system without any action on my side.
