		<description>Actually, I think that Ubuntu is somewhat over rated.  Everything is typically locked down - it&#039;s hard even to access USB thumb drives!  Typically, you spend too much time trying to open up features that they tried to make idiot proof.</description>

		<description>Very nice list. On desktop I have Ubuntu 8.10 and my server is running CentOS 5.2. I think that the list should clearly differentiate between systems for desktops and server. Both have different features. For example, in CentOS gives you out-of-the-box support for virtualization (both paravirtualization and full virtualization), whereas Ubuntu does not, as Ubuntu is more desktop system (not to be confused with ubuntu-server).</description>

		<description>I believe that CentOS is a RedHat distro and not based on Debian stable as mentioned. Otherwise this is fairly unbiased and useful to newbies who are confused by all of the choice.</description>
